Delete your Waloo account

Waloo is published by Dejene, Gabacloud (gabacloud.com).

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Waloo and sign in.
2. Tap your profile photo at the top right.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (if you can't open the app)

1. Send an email to support@gabacloud.com with the subject "Delete my Waloo account".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Waloo, so we know the account is yours.
3. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account, email and password, profile name and photo.
• Your messages, voice messages, reactions, and the photos, videos and files you sent.
• Your feed posts, comments and likes.
• Your contacts, contact requests, group memberships, call history, approximate location and notification tokens.
• Groups you own pass to another member, or are deleted if you were the only member.

What may be kept

• Reports other people made about content you sent may be kept for up to 90 days to protect users, then deleted.
• Database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
